At Skyway Kitchens & Granite, our design process is built around clarity, collaboration, and confidence. From the first conversation to final installation, every step is carefully guided to ensure your kitchen or vanity reflects how you truly live and use your space. 1. Consultation & Measurements
The process begins with a free consultation, either in our showroom or through an in-home visit for precise measurements. During this phase, we take time to understand your goals, layout requirements, style preferences, and budget comfort. The focus is on listening first, because we want a clear idea of how the space will be used and what matters most to you before any design decisions are made.
3. Material Selection
Once the layout is confirmed, materials are chosen to bring the design together. You will select cabinet styles and colours, quartz or granite countertops, and sinks and finishes where applicable. All selections are guided in-store using physical samples, making it easier to see colours, textures, and finishes in person. Our team coordinates every choice to ensure a cohesive, balanced final design.
5. Fabrication & Installation
Cabinetry and stone components are carefully prepared, with in-house stone fabrication allowing for consistent quality control. Installation is completed by Skyway’s experienced team. When additional trades are required, such as plumbing or electrical, we coordinate trusted subcontractors as part of the renovation.
2. Design Development
Using insights from the consultation, our team creates a custom kitchen or vanity design tailored to your space. For kitchen projects, detailed 3D renderings are provided at no additional cost, allowing you to visualize the layout, proportions, and flow before moving forward. Design revisions are made collaboratively, ensuring you feel informed, comfortable, and confident at every stage.
4. Final Review & Scheduling
Before fabrication begins, all details are reviewed together to confirm accuracy and alignment. Timelines are discussed clearly, with many kitchen projects completed in as little as 7 business days, depending on scope. Scheduling is fully managed by Skyway to keep the process organized and stress-free.
6. Ongoing Support
Our process is designed to be hands-on, guided, and supportive from start to finish. Clients have a clear point of contact throughout the project, with a continued focus on delivering a finished space that matches the approved design, with no surprises!
